Science Fair
You are required to pick an interesting topic that is going to challenge your mind! Ask questions or check ideas here!
Today in class we went to the media center and did research for our science fair projects. I don't really like doing research in school, because I tend to lose my focus with others around. At home I can focus better and get more done because I am by myself and not distracted. But at least today I did get a little bit of research done, so that saves me some time at home.
Nitty- I do not know what you decided for your science fair question. If those are the three subtopics to researhc, that sounds good. Thank you for admitting your lack of focus. I appreciate your honesty. Your welcome for the time in school.:)
Cambra- Thank you for being honest. Please know that I do research in school so that students all have an even playing field with the ability to use computers and resources.
Today in class (the first half), we learned more about Mendel's Experiment. The gene topic kind of confuses me, but I've been getting the hang of it. Especially after we did that Dog Breeding activity, which was really fun. In the second half of class, we worked on science fair. I'm not a big fan of science fair, but I'm glad that you actually help us. It must be annoying having to do it all by yourself without any guidance. Especially with the 5 paragraph essay. You made that a lot easier with the Bing, Bang, and Bongo.
Make sure you get your topic approved and bring it in on Thursday, February 10th!
