Weekly Reflections: What did you learn in class this week? How does it connect or relate to your life? Post answers on BLOG.
ALL WORK IS DUE BY FRIDAY OF THIS WEEK!!!
In class this week, we learned about the water cycle. Water evaporates from bodies of water, and the vapor condenses, and forms clouds. Water falls back to Earth in the form of precipitation in the form of rain, or snow. This is baisically all of the steps, but there are many more mixed in. This relates to my life because it always is going to rain, or snow and now I know the entire process that the water goes through just to fall back to Earth.
ReplyDeleteIn class, we learned about the water cycle. We learned more in depth. I learned three new words. I learned groundwater, runoff, and transpiration. Groundwater is water in the ground. Transpiration is like evaporation, but it is from plants. Runoff is when the rain runs down land. Robbie explained what happens, and I can relate to that because I now know how it works. It is winter, and you can have rain, sleet, hail, snow, ect. We are having a vocabuulary test on Friday!!
